Brady Picks: Our Favorite Summer Pastimes
The air conditioning is on. The Pirates are in full swing. The humidity outside
could be cut with a knife, and ice cream is the only cure. The summer is upon
us in Pittsburgh, and our team of nearly 40 creative, development,
administrative, account services and brand strategy staffs are answering the
question: “What‘s your favorite summer pastime?”
“I try to get away to the beach every summer. There’s nothing better than
relaxing in the sand with a nice, cold piña colada.”
– Aya, design
“As soon as spring hits, I enjoy getting away and fly-fishing at Neshannock
Creek in Volant, Pa.”
– Paul, production
“I love Pittsburgh in the summer. There’s so much to do: the Arts Festival, the
Three Rivers Regatta, outdoor concerts, drive-in movies, neighborhood farmers’
markets. There’s something for everyone.”
– Lia, brand strategy
“My kids are bouncing off the walls in the summertime, so I always try to steal
a couple extra minutes of sleep when I can.”
– Tony, development
“My family loves fast-pitch softball. It’s a fun and competitive tradition of
ours during summer months.”
– Cil, administration
“During the summer, I like to take advantage of some of Pittsburgh’s outdoor
events. Going to Kennywood Park or the Big Butler Fair are two great ways to
spend a summer day.”
– Larry, production
