Brady Picks: Web Sites We Can’t Get Enough Of

Our Favorite Websites

For most of us, any time we have a question, need directions, want to read the news or catch up with friends, we turn to the Internet to do so. And with all the time we spend online, most of us have favorites that we check out every day. At Brady Communications, we’re no different; here are the Web sites that are always at the top of our subconscious to-do lists.

“I visit pitchfork.com every day to find out how my favorite artists are making news.”
- David, design

“I’m a bit of a news junkie, so The Daily Beast is my go-to Web site. There’s everything from politics and hard news to pop culture and celebrity stories. If you’re looking for well-researched (and sometimes funny) news from smart people, this is the place to go.”
- Deanna, brand strategy

“One of the Web sites I visit every day is Ain’t It Cool News. It’s a decent source of movie, TV and comic news and rumors. If you have nerdy tendencies, it’s pretty informative and entertaining. AICN can be silly at times, but if you can overlook that, there’s some good stuff to be found.”
- Barry, production

“I don't know if I visit any Web site every day, but at the risk of just saying Facebook, I do check out booooooom.com (almost) every day for the latest art/photo/design posts.”
- Katie, administration

There are quite a few that I make a habit of visiting each day, but one of the non-techie ones is ESPN.com. I’m a huge baseball and football fan and originally from Chicago, so it helps keep me up to date on what's going on in sports and with my hometown teams.”
-George, Web development

Google! I rarely even type in URLs anymore. I just go straight to Google to connect to Web sites…and find out random info.”
- Terri, account management
