Are you able to devise solutions that encompass front- and back-end technologies in a cross-browser, cross-platform environment? Are you a leader who understands development lifecycles and how they apply to varying interactive projects?
Brady Communications, a growing Pittsburgh marketing communications firm founded in 1981, has a position available for a Web Manager who wants not just a job, but a rewarding career. We need someone who believes in the power of the Web in generating dramatic marketing results for clients.
Our Web Manager leads the Web Development team to complete successful Web, interactive and new media work for our clients. We need someone with a demonstrated technical aptitude who can listen to clients’ needs, and then work with the development team to find workable solutions. An unrelenting attention to detail is a must since you will be key to defining and driving interactive projects from initial concept through final deployment.
In addition to having five years of interactive experience in a leadership role in an agency setting, the ideal candidate will also have experience:
· Managing multiple small- to large-scale interactive projects with varying degrees of scope (Web site, banner ads, SEO/SEM, e-mail marketing, etc.)
· Using system analysis and design methodologies (including UML concepts) and how they apply to projects and teams
· Defining, managing and delivering projects
· Managing resources, schedules, milestones, quality and project documentation to ensure deliverables are clearly understood, executed and delivered on budget and on time
· Working with strategy, creative, information architecture, technical, account and client teams to define, develop and manage project requirements
